Company Introduction

CrystalClear Wealth Limited (CCW) Taiwan Branch (formerly known as Shipin Enterprise) serves as the company’s headquarter, in charge of order-taking, product development, design, and sampling operations, whereas its overseas factories are responsible for production-related activities. Our production bases include Jordan, Vietnam, and mainland China, with over 5,500 employees worldwide.

Our core business specializes in both knit and woven garments for men and women. While targeting the U.S. as our major market, we also sell products to Canada, Europe, and Asia. Our major customers include world-renowned brands such as JCPenney, Kohl’s, Macy’s, Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, and DKNY, with annual revenue exceeding 100 million U.S. dollars.

Origin

1980

Established in 1981, CCW is a garment manufacturer specializing in women’s and men’s knit garments for the global market. During the prosperity of the traditional garment industry in the 1980s, CCW founder Mr. Tony Wu and Mrs. Wu came north from Douliu, Yunlin, to seek business opportunities. With Mrs. Wu’s tailoring skills and Mr. Wu’s talent in business, they established CrystalClear Wealth Limited (CCW), which now boasts a history of over 30 years.

Under Mr. Wu’s leadership, the company developed rapidly. Within a few years, the business grew steadily, reaching over 500 staff members in its prime. With annual revenue in the tens of millions of U.S. dollars, the company provided numerous employment opportunities to the local community.

1990

Following the transformation of the global economy, labor costs in Taiwan continued to rise, leading to a decline in the traditional labor-intensive garment industry. While many peers moved production to countries with lower labor costs, Chairman Wu remained committed to sustainable operation and social responsibility. Based on his philosophy of "Vision of the World, Foothold in Taiwan," he insisted on expanding the company’s production bases and global business map.

2000

After investigating numerous countries, CCW decided to maintain its headquarters in Taiwan while setting up factories overseas. In 2001, the first overseas factory was established in Jordan. This was followed by a factory in mainland China in 2004, and a third in Vietnam in 2007. The company's production line expansion plan continues to move forward.

Future

By insisting on providing the best product and service quality, CCW has achieved steady growth through the trust and support of our customers. However, CCW is not satisfied with being just a garment manufacturer. To respond to future trends and the global pulse, we continue to train technical personnel, integrate our information systems, and have established a dedicated Design and R&D department to provide customers with fast, high-quality service.
